For this Napa Valley vineyard situated high on Pritchard Hill, Kurisu's vision was to create a truly unique environment in which to enjoy Brand's vintages; a garden environment to enhance the winery as a destination and add the elements of contemplation and complete relaxation to the visitor experience.
Kurisu collaborated closely with the architect to harmonize garden and building.
Framing of views and relating color palettes for interior and landscape materials were carefully considered.
Kurisu's work included the entry landscape and custom gate design, three distinct tasting area gardens, and extensive slate masonry throughout the interior and exterior of the winery.
